WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING ABOUT US?

Chinatown Walking Tour is an outstanding opportunity to learn fascinating details about a treasured neighborhood in San Francisco. Our guide, Robin, made so many delightful selections throughout the day. From the start of the tour at House of Dim Sum throughout the 3 hours, we were treated to the sweet and savory tastes of good food and the kindness of new friends. We also adored seeing historical and cultural buildings and artifacts of Chinatown. We highly recommend this tour to folks who wish to explore beyond the beautiful shops to the secret pathways and delicious side streets.

This tour was awesome! It was a “public” tour but felt private as there were only three other people on the tour and they were awesome!Meeting up with Robin was seamless and easy and the communication was excellent. We tasted a variety of dim sum foods to start, boba tea, fried duck, and then ended with a magnificent tea tasting. The tea tasting was definitely my favorite part. The thoughtful personalization was excellent here. To end the tour, Robin gave us egg tarts which was such a nice gesture. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting SF and who wants to immerse themselves in Chinese culture and food. Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and dress in layers for the weather!

Rob did a great job communicating ahead of the meet up, answering questions through out, and the food portions were very generous! Amazing food and history insights.

Really fun. Great history. Tons of food and treats and tea. I’m a local and I learned a lot about the area too. There’s a reason there’s so many 5 stars!

We enjoyed our Chinatown food tour with Robert. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the history, the people, and the food. We were there on the first day of the lunar new year so there were crowds of people trying to get into the restaurants but because we were with the tour we were immediately moved to the front of the line and seated promptly. The tea house with Uncle Gee was great. I highly recommend this tour!!

We took the gourmet ghost tour, which included locations in North Beach / Little Italy and Chinatown. Robert was our guide. He was knowledgeable on such a range of topics, especially San Francisco history and food - and of course supernatural phenomena in the area. We started at the San Remo Hotel with a lovely collection of appetizers, including gnocchi, calamari and focaccia. And we had three other great food stops along the way. We would rrecommend this tour for anyone, newcomers and locals alike.
